Gratitude

Over the course of a few weeks, our health class has
been focusing on gratitude and how it can benefit us in
multiple ways both mentally and spiritually.
It takes time to learn and master it, but it’s also easy and takes only 5-10 minutes to do, and it can make you happier and a better person. All you need is a piece of paper and a pen so you can write down what you are grateful for. This can help you if you’re feeling sad or stressed.
It also would help if you have a jar or a container so you can
put these pieces of paper inside them to reflect on each time
you feel sad, and if you can keep this up daily then you’ll master
gratitude in no time. The whole objective of this task is to keep our
minds calm and refreshed so we can be a happier person.
This helped me because I was able to write down what I was
grateful for: My Family, Being alive, and I was grateful for food.
After I had finished writing those things down I my shoulders felt lighter,
meaning I was in a better and happy mood.
